Insurance

Pack Properties LLC is officially licensed and insured and will provide proof upon request. The Client is not responsible for any damages to Pack Properties’ equipment or injuries to employees, except for their own negligence.

Liability

1. Pack Properties LLC shall not be held liable for damage to items which are not clearly visible or marked, such as cables, wires, pipes, sprinkler components, etc.

2. Pack Properties LLC shall be liable for damage to items if such damage was caused by willful negligence or improper operation. Liability shall be limited to the replacement of items with equal value.

3. Pack Properties LLC shall not be liable for preexisting damages or in any event where the Client has not provided appropriate care and/or conditions.

Obligations of Pack Properties LLC

1. Provide labor, equipment and supplies to perform the services in a timely manner to a professional standard.

2. Carry insurance and have valid licenses as may be required by law to perform the services as outlined.

3. If services cannot be carried out on any specified day, such services shall be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Obligations of Client

1. Need not be present during service and grants permission to Pack Properties LLC to access the property on scheduled or otherwise agreed service days during the hours of 8am and 5pm CST.

2. Shall be responsible for the removal of any objects such as toys, furniture, pet waste, rubbish, etc. that will hinder Pack Properties LLC in performing under this agreement.

3. Shall keep all pets secured and shall keep pets and people away from the area of work for the safety of all parties concerned while services are being performed.

4. Shall notify Pack Properties LLC in writing of any plants or structures that are particularly rare or require special attention; Pack Properties LLC reserves the right not to perform services in proximity if deemed difficult without harm to said plant or structure.

5. Shall be responsible for any day-to-day care as recommended and which are not part of the services outlined in this agreement.

Payment Terms

Cash, Checks, Venmo or CashApp are accepted. Due when invoiced. A late fee of 10% will be added to the outstanding balance for each 30-day period the invoice remains unpaid after the invoice date.

Contract Term *if applicable

Services are to commence at the time of the signed contract. Services may be terminated with a 14 day written notice. The Client will be responsible for paying all material costs purchased if the project is cancelled later than 2 days prior to scheduled day of work; Pack Properties LLC will provide copies of all receipts for such materials.
